We then apply a high performance 4.5mm cap sheet, which we again melt to the underlay. This modern process ensures a complete watertight seal, keeping your roof in good condition for years to come. Our modern cap sheets are also coated with solar reflective chippings which protect your roof from sun damage and reduce the need to use special paints.
